Creamy Garlic Cheese Dip2014-08-20
Veggies never tasted so good!
- 250 gram package cream cheese
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 2 Tbs thickened cream
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs dry white wine
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh chives
Beat cheese in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add creams, garlic, wine and herbs. Beat until combined; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with a variety of fresh vegetables.
I have used light cream cheese, sour cream to make healthier. The flavour is good but lacks the richness. This dip can be made 2 days ahead and stores in the refrigerator
