Steamed Celery and Turnip
3 cups diced turnip.
1 cup diced celery.
1 ½ cups cream sauce. Buttered crumbs.
|Instructions||Cook turnips in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon sugar to the turnip as well. Arrange in casserole alternately with the celery. Pour on the cream sauce and cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees F. until crumbs are browned.|
