Honey Junket

Ingredients |
2 cups milk 2 tablespoons honey Few grains salt 1 junket tablet 1 tablespoon cold water 1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Instructions | Combine milk, honey and salt. Heat in double boiler until lukewarm. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour into sherbet glasses and leave to set in a warm place without moving. When set, chill well in the refrigerator. |
