Chocolate Fluff

Ingredients 3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Instructions Mix cornstarch, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add water and mix well. Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly. When thick and clear add butter and vanilla.
Beat the hot mixture into the beaten egg whites. Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses and top with coconut or chopped nuts and whipped cream.
