Tomatoes With Stuffing

Ingredients 6 medium size tomatoes.
1 ½ cups bread crumbs.
2 tablespoons chopped onion.
2 tablespoons chopped celery.
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper.
2 tablespoons butter.
¾ teaspoon salt.
¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions Wipe off tomatoes. Cut out centre and sprinkle lightly with salt. Leave to stand 10 minutes. Turn out excess mois­ture. Combine other ingredients and pack into cavities in tomatoes. Bake at 400 degrees F. in a greased casserole for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
