Honey Nut Bread

Ingredients |
1 egg. 2/3 cup honey. 1 cup milk. 3 cups flour. 3 teaspoons baking powder. ½ teaspoon salt. ¾ cup finely-chopped nuts. 1 tablespoon melted butter. |
Instructions | Beat egg well and· blend with the honey and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add with the nuts to the first mixture. Pour into buttered loaf pan and leave to stand for 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 ¼ hours. |
