Baked Fillets of Fish - Spencer Method

Ingredients 1 ½ lb. fish fillets.
¾ cup evaporated milk.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs.
2 tablespoons melted butter. Paprika.
Instructions Cut fish into pieces for serving.
Combine milk and salt in a shallow pan. Place dry bread crumbs in an­other shallow pan. Dip fillets in milk, then into crumbs. Arrange in greased pan, sprinkle with salad oil, then with paprika. Cook in very hot oven 500 degrees F. for 6-10 minutes.
